Job descriptions:

• Establish relationships and coordinate with vendors regarding specifications, schedules, lead times, slots/windows time and other required details.
• Tracking and ensuring air transportation fulfillment based on elaborate the abbreviation to vendors
• Measuring and evaluating supplier performance based on data provided by 3PLM team
• Carry out corrective action plan for supplier under performance and tracking progress
• Coordinate with other departments and divisions regarding unit delivery, optional installation, operational constraints.
• Align with the respective teams regarding to the vendor relevant issues

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
• Minimum 4-7 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
• Have an understanding of Sea logistics, market situation and able to measure and evaluate the vendors performance
• Exceptional management skills, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Accustomed to establishing relationships with multiple vendors
• Able to monitor vendor operations and timelines
• Have good analytical skills, initiative, and keep operations running well
• Able to work shifts
