Job Decsription :

• Develop and implement product strategies to achieve the company's business goals.
• Perform product performance analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase product sales and provide sales support.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Candidates are expected to have several years of relevant experience in product management, product development, sales or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement effective product strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Effective communication skills to convey product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with others.
• Experienced in FMCG Company as Sales Manager is a must.
• Speaks Mandarin fluently (preferred).
• Willing to travel for official business to all branches in Indonesia.
• Willing to be placed in Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan.
