Location: Samarinda Branch Office, East Kalimantan

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a personal assistant and Mandarin translator for the Sales Manager (expatriate) and all staff in the Samarinda branch office.
  • Accompany the Branch Manager during customer visits in various areas of East Kalimantan Province.
  • Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in controlling and analyzing sales strategies within the division.


Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 35 years, fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant to an expatriate or as a Mandarin translator.
  • Interest in working in the Sales & Marketing field.
  • Minimum education of High School Diploma/D3/S1 in any field of study.
  • Willingness to travel on business trips with the Sales Manager.
  • Possession of a valid SIM A (driver's license) is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Willing to be placed in the Samarinda branch office, East Kalimantan.
