Job Description

Team and Role Introduction:
Business Development Key Account Manager, is to develop and build strong foundation for new seller to fully understand about Lazada Ecosystem and how to grow big in Lazada. Leveraging multiple resources and strategies, BD KAM is expected to find seller or brand potential to grow more in Lazada
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the mass account business within the groceries category, focusing on new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. 2. Identify and engage with potential key accounts, conducting market research and analysis to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive category growth. 4. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and terms that align with company goals and customer expectations. 5. Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions to optimize sales and profitability.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales field, business development, or account management
-Solid understanding of the account market dynamics and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
-Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced enviroment

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

-MS Excel and Data Analysis
-Negotiation Skills
-Mandarin Speaker is a plus
-Commercial Knowledge
