Technical Outdoor Indonesia is hiring a Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sentul City. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting administrative functions, and assisting with store operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong sense of professionalism and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records, including managing transactions and reconciling accounts with precision.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Accurate accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks effectively.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Support store operations by assisting with cashiering and customer service as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare financial reports and support daily activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Tax software).
• Background in accounting, finance, or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a structured environment.
• Team player with a willingness to assist in various tasks as required.
