Logistics and freight forwarding company currently looking for Branch Manager position - placement in Panjang/Bandar Lampung.

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and controlling activities in the branch office, including sales, operation, finance, and administration activities
• Review and analyze all activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives
• Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
• Responsible for the performance of subordinates to achieve the target
• Maintain an excellent relationship with existing and potential customers
• To oversee, implement and monitor team sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage
• Being representative of HR in managing and develop manpower’s potential

Requirements :

• Willing to be placed in branch office Panjang – Lampung
• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in any discipline from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar position as Branch Manager for International / Domestic Forwarding & Logistics Services
• Good knowledge of International & Domestics Shipping's Procedure and regulations
• Established network of customers and business relationship
• Strong leadership, persuasive and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Able to join as soon as possible
