Job Description :
1. Developing and implementing Marketing strategies at Online and Offline Channel
2. Overseeing the creation and optimization of marketing strategis across various platforms and offline
activities.
3. Building and maintaining Brand Awareness  on digital media and media relations.
4. Program developing & identify key for NPL Digital Campaign to increase profitabilty and business growth.
5. Analyzing sales and profit data to optimize performance and ROI & staying updated with the latest trends  and best practices in marketing.

 

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experiencem preferably in F&B & FMCG Industry
- Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
