Develop our new product/business for Beauty brand from Korea. We are seeking a full-time Fashion Eyewear Merchandiser to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this on-site role, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category strategies and assortment plans that deliver high-quality and profitable growth. Other key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and conducting competitive analysis.

 

Responsibilities

• Buying/forecasting product
• Analysis and Feedback business to maximize business priorities/opportunities
• Review competitor activity and monitor internal and external pricing to raise opportunities to optimize positioning on key products
• Participate and collaborate with the store/event teams in product knowledge training
• Evaluate sales potential by event/store to inform open-to-buy opportunities at store level;
• Evaluate the sales potential of products and collections by functions, lines, and price ranges

Qualifications

• Sales, Retail, and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create effective digital merchandising strategies that drive sales
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for beauty trends (makeup and skincare)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive sales and margins
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the the retail industry and Beauty category is preferred
