Responsibility:

• Responsible for commercial, tenant relationships,  and day to day Operations.
• Oversee all aspects of the building operations including: housekeeping, maintenance, team building, and staff development. 
• Responsible for the profitability of the building. 
• The manager must be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership, and establish priorities consistent with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree from any discipline
• Having experiences 4 – 5 years as Building Manager or Property Manager/ Facility Manager/ Tenant Relations Manager, in a 5 star Building 
• Possess good managerial and leadership skills
• Having good analytical and problem solving skill
• Strong communication and customer service skill
• Target oriented and ready to work under pressure
• Good communication skills, including good command of English
