POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UX DESIGNER JAPANESE SPEAKER

Currently our client in Tokyo- Japan, who has a business in the field of IT, Technology & Product Design, requires prospective employees for the position of Business Development UX Designer Japanese Speaker with the following qualifications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (majoring IT or Japanese literature)
2. Preferable, experience more than 3 years in B to B business experience
3. Must have the ability to speak Japanese, business level with certificate JLPT N2 or JLPT N1
4. Have English language skills, business level
5. Willing to work in Japan for a long time (Tokyo location)
6. Working Visa, Engineer Visa (Gijinkoku)
7. Having experience working in an IT/ Technology company is preferred
8. Have a good attitude, willing to accept new challenges, and loyal to the company, willing to work for a long time

Job Description:

1. Handle or manage of new projects and several clients in Indonesia and Japan
2. Doing business trips, for business markets and attending business meetings, business trips in Japan and other countries
3. Interpreter/translate (Japanese) or vice versa
4. UX designers are involved in every step of the project, customer negotiation, research (questionnaire design, interviews), workshop planning/facilitation, customer journey map construction, quality control and project management, etc. 

Salary and Benefit: 

JPY 5,000,000 ~ 10,000,000 (yen per year)
