Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy:

• Create and apply strategies for the Jabodetabek region to boost revenue and profits.
• Study the market, customer behaviors, and competitors to find new business opportunities.

Revenue Management:

• Track and manage revenue in Jabodetabek, making sure sales targets and financial goals are achieved.
• Work with the sales team to adjust pricing, products, and promotions.

Operational Oversight:

• Supervise daily commercial activities in Jabodetabek to ensure they meet company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and support a team of commercial staff in Jabodetabek, promoting a high-performance environment.
• Provide training and development to improve team skills.

Client and Partner Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Jabodetabek.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

Collaboration:

• Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with the product development team to meet customer needs in Jabodetabek.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and review key performance indicators for commercial activities in Jabodetabek.
• Prepare reports for senior management on performance trends and challenges.

Budget Management:

• Manage the budget for Jabodetabek or West Java area, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Monitor spending to keep activities within budget.

Market Expansion:

• Find and pursue ways to increase company's presence in Jabodetabek or West Java area.
• Develop strategies to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements :
Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in mechanical major

Language : English Fluent
Experience : 

- At least 5 years of experience in commercial management, with a strong background in sales, business development, or revenue management.
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and driving business growth.
