Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor Degree in Law or Economic

2. Must Having experience as Compliance for 2 years in Sekuritas Company

3. Having WPPE/WPEE License from OJK 

4. Proficient in English would be an advantage

Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee execution of securities transactions relating to investment products, to conform to the laws of Republic Indonesia as OJK Regulation, Regulation of the Company, the Investment Policy Committee and Investment Contract concerned

2. Structure, draft, negotiate and/or review contracts, letters of agreements, and other documents related to commercial, financial, and operational matters

3. Provide input to the Board of Director and Investment Committee to comply with the Law provisions and all Capital Market Regulations and its implementation

4. Provide data for OJK and/or IDX’s audit

5. Creating Periodic Reports to internal and external

6. Correspondence with related parties in accordance with the internal or external compliance implementation

7. Identify, evaluate, and address issues of risks based on cases and regulations

8. Conduct Internal Audit of compliance in all functions, in accordance with the regulations

9. Prepare regular reports monitor regulatory updates that may affect the company to Director
