Persyaratan minimum:
- prepare dishes according to standard recipes
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, inventory, food ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Prepare the required materials according to predetermined standards
- Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly inventory
- Help carry out stock taking in the kitchen area at the end of every month
- Make food presentation and plating well and beautifully
- Have at least 1 year experience as a Cook
- Have a high commitment to work and can have a positive attitude
- Have knowledge about how to serve food hygienically
- Can maintain the consistency of food served to customers
- Have a minimum educational history of SMA / MA / SMK equivalent
- Can work in a team or individually
- Appear neat, clean and healthy
- Have an honest personality
