Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, land acquisition, or community relations, preferably in the mining sector.
• Familiarity with Indonesian land regulations and CSR requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site at a mining location in South Sumatra.
