Job Descriptions:

  • Accept customer's order requirements and complaints, claims arbitration.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, claims arbitration.
  • Managing day-to-day tickets from ticketing system partner and internal cross functions.
  • Service data statistics and sorting.
  • Provide explanations to consumers regarding products and services.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service area/Customer Relation
  • Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, ability in using Ms. Excel formulas is preferred.
  • Able to handling complaints and provide feedback for customers/clients or has problem-solving skills.
  • Understand how customer service works at a detailed level
  • Prior experience in logistics and operations/Customer Service in Ecommerce
  • Willing to accept the shift system and work on holidays.
