About the role
hn.group is seeking an experienced Digital Admin and Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Digital Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our communications efforts and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day marketing operations. This role also includes a role as our office receptionist where you will be responsible for the arrangement of schedules, and stakeholder communications of the office. Our office still implements a hybrid working arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, flexible, fast-paced environment based in South Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, managing emails. and coordinating with customers and other stakeholders.
- Replying to online communications with our stakeholders such as customers and vendors regarding our product and business.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinating communications and leads with relevant teams.
- Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, videos, and documents.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of digital assets.
- Update and maintain digital asset databases.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, and analyzing metrics.
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and collateral.
- Maintaining and updating marketing databases, contact lists, and other records.
- Coordinating the logistics of marketing events and campaigns.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative or marketing/customer service support role, preferably within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing-related software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
