Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree, preferably from Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or relevant major.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in Healthy, Safety, and Environment (EHS) in palm oil plantation.
• Strong knowledge and practical regarding EHS in Mill (PKS; Pabrik Kelapa Sawit) is preferable.
• Good communication in English, both written and oral.
• Willing to relocate and placement in site (Seruyan - Central Kalimantan).

Job Responsibilities :

• To integrate EHS practices into mill operational processes.
• Align compliance with local and national regulations
• Create, update, and enforce mill procedures related to environmental protection, health, and safety
• Ensure mills complies with regulatory requirements, such as permits, reporting, and inspection
• Prepare documentation for audits and government inspections
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the mills and implement corrective actions.
• Develop fire, chemical spill, and accident response plans.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents and create preventive measures.
• Minimizes workplace accidents through safety protocols, equipment inspections and risk management programs.
• Implement strategies to eliminate, mitigate, or control risks through engineering solutions and administrative controls.
• Manages real time hazards, emergencies, and workplace incidents
• Develop and deliver training programs on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental compliance.
• Work closely with supporting departments requirements to ensure operational team remained focused
