Qualifications :

• 5+ years in ERP project management (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or custom ERP).
• Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, API integration, and databases.
• Familiar with Python and backend technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project alignment skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and risk mitigation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills.

Job Desk :

• Design and manage ERP implementation roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Lead and direct the ERP development team in building and integrating modules (Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP features.
• Oversee development, API integration, and data synchronization across modules.
• Conduct UAT, monitor deployment, and troubleshoot during ERP implementation.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide user training and create ERP documentation.
