Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Export Admin you will be responsible to overseeing & managing export operation ensuring seamless execution at efficient cost, customs compliances and achieving service level

A day of life of….

• Coordinate and control Vessel booking that meeting desired ETD- ETA, ensuring timely booking & securing vessel space 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine shipment requirements including cargo weight / volume and     delivery deadline
• Provide report of carrier performance:  vessel schedule accuracy ETD-ETA vs ATD - ATA,  approval booking timeline        
• Export attainment: to coordinate Customs Handling Agent for container replenishment by ensuring adherence to container good standard, and timely delivery of empty containers to match with stuffing plan of the factory                
• Export operation and Logistic coordination: Monitor and coordinate export operation with Customs broker, DSP and Factories / Site:  
  • on time pick up empty containers 
  • on time arrival of empty containers at warehouse
  • monitor stuffing progress, escalate for any issues
  • on time container gate in at port prior to closing vessel"                
• Export customs clearance: ensuring compliances in accuracy of Export Declaration to match with Documents,  applying amendment in timely manner                
• Export Documentation & license: ensuring on time documentation application,  accuracy and on time submission to the Importing market to enable on time clearance,  covering certificate origin, health certificate,  Invoice, Packing List, Loading List and   Waybill,  certification and other related permit of Export        :    
• Performance monitoring: to track and analyze export performance metrics : vessel booking, customs clearance, document accuracy, on time delivery of containers, and customer satisfaction
• Conducting regular Operation Review with CHA and Warehouse ensuring KPI is achieved    
• Stakeholders’ relations: build and maintain strong relationship with customs, shipping line, forwarding agent, container depot, and internal team to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication                    

What will make you successful?

• Proven experiences in Export Import Operations, preferably in a leadership role
• Experiences in handling Export Import Declaration & documentation application
• Experiences in logistic / warehouse operation
• Experiences in managing shipping line & customs broker 
• Experiences to be AEO Representative as company liaison who do communication and close contact to customs
• Experiences in shipping industry is an additional advantage.
