Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in animal science, Poultry Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in poultry farming, with a focus on parent stock management.
• Fresh Graduated are welcome.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry breeding, nutrition, and health.
• Have good communication and presentation skill.
• Strong leadership. 
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to relocate to different farm locations as required by business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor bird health, feed and water consumption, egg production, and hatch rates. Implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance.
• Maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and protect flock health.
• Accurately maintain farm records, including production data, medication usage, and mortality rates.
• Ensure proper functioning of farm equipment and facilities.
• Monitor feed and water quality, egg quality, and environmental conditions.
• Identify and address production issues promptly.
