Strategy Implementation: 

• Working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s overall goal and objectives 
• Develop comprehensive business plan, outlining the company’s strategic goals, market opportunities and financial projections to investor Financial Oversight: 
• Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure company achieves its financial targets Act as a key liaison between Finance and other departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives 
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, optimize sales processes and find new opportunities 
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and ensure departments are running effectively Scalability and Efficiency:
• Planning and implementing strategies to scale operations as the company grows, optimizing resource allocation and adopting new technologies or tools to improve efficiency
• Effectively manage relationships with key investors and other stakeholders.
