Job Description:

• Collect project information and make PPTs to introduce the company's project to the bank in order to obtain a loan.
• Interfacing with various departments to collect all the information required for bank loan approval.
• Responsible for all pre-loan due diligence.
• Negotiate terms of loans and other financial transactions with lenders and other parties to ensure the best interest for the Company.
• Review loan agreements and other financial documents. 
• Cooperate in completing the conditions for drawdown after loan signing.
• Responsible for the post-loan management, including principles and interest payment, all condition subsequent, and other bank’s requirement.
• Maintaining existing banking relationships and developing new ones.
• Regular reviews to optimize the original bank loan structure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting. MBA and MAF would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiation.
• Excellent team player and ability to work independently as well.
• Previous experience in banking and financial service industry is highly preferred.
