What will you do:
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies and maintaining records.
- Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Manage visa and passport requirements for international travel.
- Ensure licensing administration needs for expatriates (IMTA, e-ITAS, etc.).
- Support daily operations related to expatriates.
What are the requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretary, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Have knowledge of immigration laws and regulations will be advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English will be advantage.
