Responsibility :

1. Strategic Leadership

   - Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring long-term sustainability and competitiveness

   - Lead initiatives to integrate emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and automation into business processes

   - Collaborate with senior management to shape digital transformation strategies, ensuring technology investments yield high returns

2. AI and Emerging Technology Implementation

   - Drive the adoption of AI technologies to optimize operations, customer service, and decision-making.

   - Identify and implement AI-driven solutions such as predictive analytics, automation, and personalized experiences.

   - Keep abreast of trends and advancements in AI and other disruptive technologies, and advise the executive team on potential business opportunities.

3. IT Operations & Infrastructure

   - Oversee IT operations to ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and data systems.

   - Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place, with a focus on mitigating risks and safeguarding data integrity.

   - Manage cloud infrastructures and oversee IT support teams to ensure high availability and system reliability.

4. Team Leadership & Development

   - Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to foster growth, engagement, and innovation.

   - Build cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure the IT team meets the needs of other

     departments.

   - Develop training and continuous improvement programs to keep the team up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and IT best practices.

5. Project & Budget Management

   - Oversee IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

   - Establish KPIs for IT performance, track progress, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.

   - Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-efficiency while meeting operational requirements.

6. Compliance & Security

   - Ensure IT compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices in data security, privacy, and risk management.

   - Implement and regularly review disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

7. Strategic IT Alignment

     Ensure IT strategies are closely aligned with organizational goals, enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage through advanced technology adoption, especially AI.

8.  AI-Driven Innovation

     Successfully integrate AI and machine learning solutions into business processes, driving innovation and improving decision-making capabilities.

9.  Operational Excellence

     Maintain high operational standards by ensuring the security, availability, and scalability of IT systems, enabling business continuity and reducing downtime.

10. Cybersecurity & Compliance

       Implement stringent cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols to mitigate risks and protect the organization’s digital assets.

11.  Leadership & Team Development

       Build a high-performing IT team capable of meeting evolving technology demands, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Head of IT, or similar senior-level IT role
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Understand about AI to advance the company's business
