About the role
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a premier resort in the stunning location of Bali. This full-time, on-site role is integral to ensuring the smooth running and profitability of the business, while upholding the highest standards of service and guest experience.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimise costs, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a talented team of hospitality professionals
- Foster a positive and productive work culture that promotes employee engagement and development
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and brand standards
- Liaise with partners, suppliers, and local authorities to build strong relationships and achieve business objectives
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Thorough understanding of the local Bali market and the ability to adapt to the unique cultural and regulatory environment
- Proficient in using hospitality management software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in English preferred
