Build interactive and effective communication with key stakeholders (Management, employees, needed 3rd parties)
Together with the Management, identify the most pressing people issues as well as the overall people goals; understand underlying reasons/thinking, expectations, limitations for sacrifices.
In collaboration with relevant managers seeks, devices, propose and arranges for necessary intervention (to organization structure, work-process/instruction) and help or enable people cope with the changes
Align people practices and processes (encompassing employee relations/engagement, performance, remuneration/rewards, talent acquisition and development, succession, health and safety) to operational needs of the business;
Serves as internal communication manager (delivering Management messages to all level of employees, ensuring messages are correctly understood and applied
Captures problems or concerns the people have and understand causes; liaise with others to find out possible solution; discusses with the Management for advice and to agree on actions.
Serves as a catalyst to the establishment (common awareness, internalization and practice) of Company desired working culture and organization effectiveness
