Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic IT Planning:
1. Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
2. Identify opportunities and analyze the technology needs of all departments by understanding their business requirements
Infrastructure Management:
3. Oversee the management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
4. Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of all IT systems and licensed software
5. Managing the end-to-end applications development process for any new applications or change to existing systems.
6. Manage IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that the IT services meet or exceed agreed-upon performance standards.
Team Leadership and Management:
7. Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
8. Determine staffing needs and ensure ongoing professional development for IT staff.
Project Management:
9. Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, new software implementations, and process automation.
Budget Management:
10. Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
Continuous Improvement:
11. Implement continuous improvement practices within the IT department to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of IT operations, systems, licensed software, and organization management.
3. Strong experience in managing and executing ERP projects, including system implementation, integration, and customization.
4. Minimum 3 years experience at management level and supervising both development and infrastructure team of a sizeable company
5. Having track record of success in handling IT project management
6. Experience and able to communicate ideas, standards and policies with confidence
7. Able to lead the IT team members & coordinate with other functions in proper manner in order to achieve the goals
8. Excellent verbal and written communication
