Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and manage processes on servers, WAN, and related facilities (Data center and data center recovery).
• Control and coordinate infrastructure support services for the head office as well as stores/outlets to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues on servers and networks.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on servers, hardware, and systems, and recommend technology upgrades if necessary.
• Create reports on server and WAN network performance and develop standard operating procedures (SOP) if needed.
• Coordinate with teams for application development and system support requirements.
• Assist in the design of network infrastructure and the configuration of storage and cloud storage systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in a similar role.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
• Knowledgeable in networking concepts such as WAN, LAN.
• Familiar with PABX and VOIP Systems.
• Skilled in network security concepts, Mikrotik, Cisco, firewall, Juniper, and cloud systems.
• Proficient in monitoring systems, server/system virtualization, and cloud system configuration.
