IT & Marketing Support Staff (Jakarta) 

IT Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain devices, including PCs, laptops, and tablets.
- Repair and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain network, internet, cloud servers, email, and Kintone systems.
- Administer IT licenses for operating systems, anti-virus software, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.

Marketing Responsibilities:
- Create and manage social media content.
- Update the Instagram account.
- Maintain job reference pictures and lists.
- Handle inquiries from the website and Instagram, and distribute them to sales staff.
- Update data and presentations on sales staff tablets.
- Manage sales inquiries related to presentations and coordinate with the HQ.

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in  (IT, Computer science) or related discipline field
Language: Able to speak and write in English 
Experience : Min 2 years experience as IT support and Marketing/ Design support
