Job Overview: Operator/Monitoring will be responsible for continuously monitoring the performance and health of our systems and networks. This role involves identifying and responding to incidents, ensuring system availability, and maintaining service quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and health of servers, networks, and applications to ensure optimal operation.
• Identify and respond to system incidents, alerts, and anomalies in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain and update monitoring tools and systems to ensure accurate reporting and alerting.
• Document incidents and resolutions, creating detailed reports and logs for future reference.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies and procedures to enhance system reliability.
• Analyze trends in system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 monitoring and support.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in monitoring technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
