Responsibilities:
- Able to independently manage iterative product releases.
- Test planning, design, and execution for applications within agile/scrum development environment.
- Design, create and maintain automaton framework for our mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Coordinate with product managers, engineers to deliver high quality software products.
- Having user focus mindset, able to step into the shoes of end user to get the value of the application to the customer.
- Analytical mindset, able to define the strengths and weaknesses of the software system, validate it against different working scenarios, analyze system behavior, and detect error if any.
- Ability to work well in a team with humility, passion and self-motivation.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of mobile, web products, able to benchmark, evaluate against other top apps in market and suggest improvement.
- Able to lead and grow team.
- Strong understanding of testing best practices across white box, black box, and regression testing.
- Have a knowledge in common programming language and SQL Scripting.
- Knowledge and experience with development framework & tools for automaton testing (eg. Selenium, katalon studio, etc).
- 3-5 years experience as a manual and automaton QA lead engineer.
- Experience with git is a plus.
- Travel agency business knowledge is a plus.
