Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and configure softwares, application related to Designing (Sketchup, Revit, etc) and Project Management (Click up, Slack, etc.) even antivirus software.
Ensure that computers, software, and applications are functioning properly.
Ensure that user data is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized individuals.
Repair damaged computers and tools related.
Perform regular updates on operating systems and applications.
Conduct data backups.
Ensure that printers and scanners are operational.
Set up or assemble networks and data cables.
Handle viruses and malware.
Provide technical support to internal and external parties of the company
