Job Description:

• Maintaining the organization’s technological infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues with hardware and software systems
• Ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure
• Providing technical support to other employees

• Responsible for managing servers and maintaining the infrastructure of an organization’s computer network

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. 
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. 
• Must possess a strong foundation in computer hardware and software systems. 
• Have a working knowledge of databases, network architecture, programming languages, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Having soft skill in effective communication is essential in communicating technical information in non-technical terms. Able to work collaboratively within teams and manage projects efficiently.
• Strong in Problem-solving, customer service skills and time management
• Up-to-date with ever-changing technologies, necessitating continuous learning and development.
