Qualifications & experience
- Diploma majoring Information Technology or System Information
- Have good communication and good personality
- English proficiency
- Skills: troubleshooting, maintaining and configuration
- Experience min 1-2 years at IT Helpdesk
- Willing to be placed at PT. Sumiden Sintered Components Indonesia, Delta Silikon 3, Cikarang
Tasks & responsibilities
- Understanding about installation, update system and antivirus
- Providing basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software (Windows, Ms.Office, etc.) and Networking (monitoring and maintaining)
- Assisting with User account management, including creating and deleting user accounts and modifying permissions
