Qualifications & experience

• Diploma majoring Information Technology or System Information
• Have good communication and good personality
• English proficiency
• Skills: troubleshooting, maintaining and configuration
• Experience min 1-2 years at IT Helpdesk
• Willing to be placed at PT. Sumiden Sintered Components Indonesia, Delta Silikon 3, Cikarang

Tasks & responsibilities

• Understanding about installation, update system and antivirus
• Providing basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software (Windows, Ms.Office, etc.) and Networking (monitoring and maintaining)
• Assisting with User account management, including creating and deleting user accounts and modifying permissions
