Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/IT Engineering/ IT related field.
• Required Languange(s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Minimum of 3 (or more) years of experience working in the same position

Required Skill(s) :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Honest, responsible, hard worker, independent, initiative, leadership skill, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Has mastered Installation/troubleshooting of network, hardware, software, IT system configuration, LAN, Data Center, Shared Folder Server and internet.
• Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems
• In depth knowledge with Installation/troubleshooting of CCTV, NVR, DVR or any surveillance camera.
• In Depth Knowledge with router Mikrotik (Instalation, firewall, bandwitdh management, routing, NAT, VPN)
• Preferably with experience & skill Repair and Maintenance Radio Rig/HT, including setup frequency, tone, reset.
• Has Experience and knowledge of Weighbridge Calibration & connection to Weighbridge software on PC.
• Has Experience handling Fingerprint system (Attendance Management Software)
• Competent at Filing / paper management both softcopy/hardcopy documents for IT Asset

Job Description :

• Responsible for overseeing the daily performance of computer systems and answer staff enquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specification.
• Provide service and support for computer related problems and incidents
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance & backup of all data and system.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Make recommendations and implement improvement processes and procedures
• Create IT standard, guidance and procedures as needed
• Configure, maintain, and monitor all network devices (Mikrotik, Tplink, Cisco, etc)
• Support for operational activity ( Zoom Video Conference, Conference Call, etc)
• Preventive Maintenance & Monitor schedule for Radio Rig/HT all Unit.
• Support for Radio Rig, CCTV, and Weighbridge
• Handle IT asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
• Support & Troubleshoot for Fingerprint System
• • Preparing and creating daily & monthly reports
• • Willing to be based at East Kalimantan (Berau)
