Job Descriptions:

• Carry out marketing activities and be responsible for commercial areas, including rental of common areas and promotional media as income for the company.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers and other party.
• Monitoring installment payments from existing customers.
• Direct handling settlement.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree any major.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping center/retail industry.
• Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure.
• Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
• Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
