Job description – Admin staff (Logistics/purchasing)

1. Tasks 

  • Responsible for Shipment from overseas 
  • Responsible for day to day Warehouse operation 
  • Responsible for local & overseas purchasing 
  • Responsible for managing stock received & delivery to customers’ site.
  • Responsible for sending Customers invoices and filing

2. Knowledge

  • Indonesian customs regulations
  • Warehouse management
  • Import taxation
  • Problem solving

3. Skills and abilities
