HIGHLIGHT JOB DESCRIPTION

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming, inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Storing, marking and labeling inventory in accessible manner.
• Monitor dispatch of purchased goods to the designated warehouse and liaise with warehouse counterpart to validate receipt of goods.
• Supervise and monitor critical spares requirement and monitor material movement in individual warehouse.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with Local and Multinational Supplier for heavy equipment and related parts for construction industry.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Familiar and having knowledge of Heavy Equipment spare part and other supporting equipment in construction industry
• Excellent in communication, having skills to negotiate and excellent time management
• Familiar in SAP platform [is added advantage]
• Fluent in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadline
• Possess positive attitude, honest and good administrative skills
• Willing to be placed at Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah
