Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Lead the product operations team to drive the successful launch and ongoing management of new and existing products on Alibaba International's platforms.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing to define and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
-Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
-Develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient product onboarding, maintenance, and issue resolution, optimizing the user experience.
-Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining scope, creating roadmaps, and overseeing development.
-Manage and resolve complex product-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to find effective solutions.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Enginering, Business, Logistics or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, preferably in a B2B/B2C e-commerce environment.
-Proven track record in managing product portfolios, launching new products, and driving product performance improvements.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
-Adaptable in a fast-paced, VUCA environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Fluent in English (plus point for Chinnese Language), with a good understanding of the global market and e-commerce trends.
