We are a food manufacturer company focusing in Baby Food Products. We are looking for a National Sales Manager who will be based in Tangerang

 

Job Description

Sales Leadership:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue target

2. Provide guidance and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

 

Market Analysis:

1. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, competitive threats, and emerging trends.

2. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and recommendations.

 

Relationship Management:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing and product development initiatives.

 

Training and Development:

1. Implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and selling skills of the sales team.

2. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

 

Performance Metrics:

1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.

2. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Develop and execute sales strategy to drive profitable dan growth business development

 

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG/Baby Products.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
