We are seeking to invite experienced professionals in Administrative, able to respond and support customer inquiries, general administrative works / documents controlling for office, projects and clients in the oil and gas industry located in Indonesia, incl. Southeast Asia Pacific.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Working experienced archiving documents / clerical work / administrative/ secretarial for minimum 1 year
- Minimum Diploma 3 or S1 from a reputable university
- Having an EXCELLENT command in the English language
- Excellent with MS Office; internet and computer skill
- Having a good interpersonal communication skill
- Driven, Honest, Committed, Responsible, Multitasked, hardworking, must be willing to work independently, and willing to work overtime.
- Responsibilities Includes:
- Coordinate in general relation in the office, assist the plan and gather office documentation for office documentations.
- Coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to documentations activities , process, and controller
- Manage general office such of secretarial duties, collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication among department and/or Clients.
- Support Office Department in developing documentation, archiving, book keeping and good relationship with active and prospective associates/customers.
- Examine to office's premises requirements and details
