Job Descriptions
- Prepare data and organize the implementation of onboarding programs for new hire employees, new role employees (e.q. Pre onboarding, First day, departmental Onboarding, Buddy and Mentoring) to enable their smooth transition process.
- Prepare data and organize the implementation of onboarding programs for new managers (e.q. Manager Playbook induction, LEAP Program, monitor the completion of program, etc.) to enable their smooth transition process.
- Prepare data and organize the implementation of scholarship programs (e.q. Conduct socialization, organize selection process, monitor GPA tracking, organize plant visit, etc.) to ensure the manpower fulfilment from scholarship channel in term of quantity, quality and timely manner.
- Prepare data and organize the implementation of internship programs and Practical work (e.q. create intern pool, receive and follow up internship request from users, conduct selection process, and conduct intern evaluation) to ensure the manpower fulfilment from internship channels in term of quantity, quality and timely manner.
- Execute any changes related to all programs (i.e. onboarding, scholarship and internship) in order to improve the quality of deliverables (e.q. prepare web based induction program, etc.).
- Ensure update and completion of TE data integrity, reports (e.g. scholarship, internship, practical work data) ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
- Establish a close and professional relationship with all stakeholders and other external parties, ensure smooth collaborating process and good experience.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, from relevant background (ie. psychology), from reputable domestic or overseas universities.
- Minimum 5-7 years in similar job (Onboarding & Employer Branding)
- Excellent English communication skill (both spoken and written) is a must as well as analytical thinking
- Ability to work well as part of the team as well as being an individual contributor
