Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
Max. 40 years Old.

Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
Candidate from Retail Industry (MAP, SOGO, Metro Etc) or Merchandising Company background will be preferrable.
Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to cope with changes.
Possesses organizational skills and can coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality, systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of retail management
