Job descriptions:

• Check and align with vendors for soft copy and hard copy of invoice
• Align with inventory team regarding invoice reconciliation
• Creating PR on system
• Align with various stakeholders regarding to the vendor relevant issues
• Monitoring payment vendors transportation for inventory as per our commitment TOP (terms of payment) agreement with vendor

Requirements :

• Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1-3 years work experience in AR finance
• Knowledge in Logistic preferred
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Able to work under pressure
• Have good analytical skills, initiative, and keep operations running well
