Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Provides high-level clerical and administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director.
  • Assist and coordinate for internal meeting planning and preparation
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements for executives domestic & overseas.
  • Liaise with other departments and external parties to perform necessary duties.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Set up, maintain filling systems and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Arrange and confirm confidential appointments
  • Available and willing to work on weekend and public holiday

 

Requirement

  • Age between 27- 35 years old
  • At least 3 years of Personal Assistant/Secretary work with experience assisting higher-level stakeholders.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (Industrial or Information Technology)
  • Experience in Personal assistant (is must)
  • Good administration, and Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Bahasa and English's.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced working style and mobile. 
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
