REQUIREMENTS
- Male or Female maximum age is 40 years old
- Pharmacist with an active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) is a must
- Major in pharmacy from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Smart, fast learner, hard worker, loyal, honest, and creative
- Have experience in healthcare business and product registration process for minimum 4 years is preferred and min 3 years as PJT
- Fluent in English. Have skill to communicate with overseas supplier
- Able to handle trading (purchase and import process)
- Having leadership and team management skill
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and present business cases to managements for potential products to be launched in Indonesia market.
- Evaluate applicable laws and regulations to determine impact on company activities.
- Maintain up-to-date international testing standards, regulatory specifications, and approval standards for all major product categories, including human medical devices, pet medical devices & pharmacy.
- Monitoring and control product registration.
- Handling government institutions related to company business.
- Compile documents and complete the entire process until the product is displayed on the LKPP Online E-Catalog system.
- Reviewing & processing purchase orders, scheduling deliveries, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Responsible with suppliers: products, business discussion, and forecast purchasing strategies.
- Review and create product license and review promotional material for compliance with applicable regulations and technical standards
- Trading, sourcing and procurement of medical health needed by sales team.
- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
