Job Summary: This role will be part of our founding team and critical to building a high performing team, efficient production processes, and strict quality standards. You will have the chance to make a significant impact from day one, and gain hands-on experience in setting up and scaling the business for new product launches. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing the importation process, and optimizing supply chain operations for our product offerings in Indonesia.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a reputable university; minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Licenses: Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the healthcare industry and familiar with product registration processes, with at least 3 years in a Penanggung Jawab Teknis (PJT) role. Experience with GMP, Halal, HCCP, ISO13485 is preferred
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for engaging with overseas suppliers
    • Able to handle product registration processes
    • Able to handle trading, purchasing, and import processes
    • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities
    • Attributes: Result-Oriented, Problem-Solver, Creative, Diligent, Customer-Oriented
    • Has good relationship with BPOM and Kemenkes (MOH)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present business cases to management for potential product introductions in the Indonesian market.
  • Assess relevant laws and regulations to understand their implications for company operations.
  • Stay current with international testing standards, regulatory specifications, and approval processes for key product categories, including medical devices as well as pharmacy products.
  • Oversee and manage the product registration process, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies regarding company operations and compliance matters.
  • Prepare and organize documentation to ensure products are successfully listed in the LKPP Online E-Catalog system.
  • Review and manage purchase orders, coordinating timely deliveries to meet business needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, focusing on product discussions and strategic purchasing forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance of product licenses and promotional materials with relevant regulations and technical standards through thorough review processes.
  • Manage trading, sourcing, and procurement of medical supplies required by the sales team.
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, encompassing procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
