This position will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities within our food manufacturing operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of high-quality raw materials and supplies essential for our production processes and will collaborate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient supply chain operations and uphold our commitment to quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other necessary supplies. 
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials to meet production demands while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies without compromising quality standards also conduct regular price benchmarking and analysis.
• Prepare regular reports and metrics on procurement activities, including supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory turnover.
• Streamline procurement processes and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
