Requirement :
- Candidates must be Civil Engineering graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the same position
- 10 years working experience in the construction field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Preferably those who have a certificate of competency or expertise in the field of construction
- Ability to speak Mandarin and English is a must
- Master in project management
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication and analytical thinking skills
- Can work together in a team
- Can provide solutions to problems that occur in projects
- Willing to travel around the project
Job Description :
- Create a work plan, evaluate the work methods used in a project in order to reduce the risk of errors that can have fatal consequences for the building structure, delays in work implementation time in the field, increased project operational costs and the quality of a building.
- Coordinating activities in the head office engineering team and projects so that the work plans that have been made can run well and provide benefits for the company.
- Control and evaluate the implementation of work carried out in all projects so that it runs according to the agreed time duration.
