Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling, and Actuating project management team
Prepare Master Schedule, calculate and estimate installation price, and labour
Managing projects by visiting site regularly
Coordinate & build a good rapport with other parties such as architect, interior designers & contractors, owner Project Managers, MEP consultant and contractors
Build, maintain, dan develop PM tools to create enhance Project Management system
Reporting process of project from beginning to the end by giving planning, strategy, facts in details report to Director
Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals
Create digital O&M manuals
Archive digital blueprints and schematics for future access
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in electronics and electrical engineering.
Having experience 3 years in IT, MEP, Interior Contractor, Project Management (AV will be an advantage)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
